What is Sports Rehabilitation?
Sports Rehabilitation is a hybrid of evidence based clinical practice and exercise science. It is regulated by the Professional standards agency and the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators (BASRaT). Lucie has undergone and met the criteria set out by BASRaT to now be able to operate under the title of Sports Rehabilitator.
During your initial assessment, you will have a subjective assessment and testing to support the subjective assessment that will identify any problems or injury and appropriate treatment will be provided, be it, soft tissue work, medical acupuncture or exercises. A full rehab programme will also be provided where appropriate.
